1. How do I order?
You can order Woodlore products online from our website (we are currently only accepting online orders from the United States, Canada, and Mexico) or by calling 1-800-288-0200 (or 1-262-235-6343 outside the United States).

6. How do I find the right size shoe tree?
Woodlore shoe trees are designed to fit most shoes. Some of our shoe trees are one-size-fits-all, while others are available in a variety of sizes. Check out our sizing guide to learn more.

7. How long do the effects of cedar last?
Woodlore products usually produce a fresh cedar aroma for about 6 to 12 months. After that, you can periodically renew the wood's natural aromatic properties with a light sanding. We also stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime guarantee against mechanical defect.

8. Do you offer custom monogramming?
Yes. You can add a personal monogram to almost any Woodlore product, as long as it carries a nameplate. We will engrave the nameplate with up to 3 initials in an attractive, block type. The charge for custom monogramming is just $3.50 per item. Monogrammed items usually ship in 4-5 days.
