Designed to fit our Large Shoe Rack #82001. The Shoe Rack Topper has an aromatic cedar frame and hardboard shelf and fits the large shoe rack to provide additional storage. You'll also receive two extenders to place on each side of the shoe rack for additional height.

I don't know why we waited so long to get this topper. It's a natural to have a small surface by the door. Our rack is so old--shorter than the current size-- that my husband had to modify a couple of extenders in order to hold the topper securely. But that only took a mitre saw and an afternoon. We're happy!

The Topper pegs supplied did not fit my existing Allen Edmonds rack. The pegs were too long. The bigger issue for me was that I thought this product was made in the USA. I was disappointed to find both the Topper and Pant Trolley ordered were made in China. I feel the Woodlore website associated with Allen Edmonds (a US brand) and showcasing American Woodlore employees was misleading. In hindsight, I would not have ordered this product if I knew it was manufactured in China.
I bought two large shoe tree/racks and this as the topper. I am glad it came with the extenders so I could put some larger sized shoes under it. I am very happy so far with this product. Assembly is required
I just ordered and received 3 of the 'Toppers' to go on top of 3 stacks of 3 large shoe racks in one of my walk-in closets. They fit great - I even used the 'extenders' included in the box, to raise the height just a little more so they're not resting on the shoes, but are sitting above a little bit. The whole package is excellent quality and give a really professional finished look. Highly recommended!
This product is the icing on the cake and finishes off my shoe racks in style. I absolutely love my Toppers!
I needed another shelf so used the topper on my shoe rack to creat one. It worked perfectly and looks nice. Note that the extenders that are included are really needed as otherwise the topper isn't high enough to allow room for the shoes underneath it. It makes the shoe rack look more finished also
