You asked, we listened! Over the years, we've read an occasional comment on our ever-popular shoe rack saying it was a bit "wobbly" so we've improved it! Instead of using pegs to insert the sides to the cross-bars, you can now connect them using screws with a hex wrench which are included. It's sturdier than ever, and we thank you for your comments.

    Disappointing

    These shoe racks are described as fitting 8 men’s shoes (4 pairs). Mine can only fit 7 shoes and, when stacked, they are not tall enough to fit my oxfords. I wear size US 12 in standard width, so my shoes are not especially large. I’m glad I can remedy the height issue with the extenders, but paying extra for extenders so I can fit basic dress shoes in a typical size is like the car dealership charging me extra for the car key. If Woodlore wants to say their shoe racks fit four men’s dress shoes, they should specify that the racks are designed for shoe sizes US ~10 and below, or they should increase the width and height dimensions of the product.

    Just what I needed

    I had 2 large stacked cedar shoe rack with a Jos A Bank moniker on them. These shoe racks for like a glove to stack on the old ones. Probably not a coincidence, but it was exactly what I needed.

    I bought 3 large racks,topper,and extenders.Extenders made it work for me.I am very happy with product.

    Large shoe rack & topper

    I’ve have a shoe rack for a while. However the topper broke when someone fell on it. So I ordered a new one with a another rack, perfect, just what I wanted & I like the scent..

    Wonderful rack

    This is a nice cedar rack that is easy to assemble together. As the description reads it is only one rack per order. However, it is reasonably priced for what you are getting. If you have larger than normal feet you will need to buy the extender kit. For my 6" boots I needed to put two extenders on top of each other to get enough room. I have already ordered a few more to add to my closet.

    Great but...

    Wood shavings all over product. Had to open and clean outside. Edges are sharp! Great for scuffing nice shoes! Almost not enough room between stacked racks for shoes with knobbed shoe trees. Other than that; awesome shoe racks!

    Great shoe rack option

    I have a lot of shoes and was looking for a good solution to display my shoes while storing them that makes it easy to know when they’re worn in the rotation and whether they need conditioner. I’m now up to 13 racks and extenders. I recommend them highly but a few things you need to know. If you have size 11 or greater men’s shoes you cannot easily turn the shoes both ways without destroying the polish on your cap toe. This works fine if your feet are smaller but I was using this to know when the shoes were worn and it doesn’t work. If you have shoes with a wide welt around the toes, the rack may not hold four shoes. This happens with PTBs and LWBs. I have to turn one of the 8 shoes the other direction to make sure it fits, and the heel is not supported. You shouldn’t stack these more than five high with the extenders. I have a 9 high stack and while it wont fall or anything, it does rock more than I like. Buy the extenders. If you use the epic shoe trees, or any trees with the brass knob, the shoes won’t fit easily unless you make the rack higher with the extender. You can Put two extenders to store boots. I’ve done this and it’s fine as long as the rack isn’t too high. So now you know. These are great racks. Enjoy them!
