You may return any product ordered direct from Woodlore, except personalized products, within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by a receipt, as long as the item is unused and part of our current catalog. We cannot accept returns on any laser-engraved or personalized products.
Returning items by mail
Simply indicate the reason for your return, along with the packing slip or receipt, and securely wrap the item back in its original packaging. If you do not have a receipt, you will be given an exchange credit.
For your protection, we recommend using Fedex or UPS for your shipment. Keep the tracking information as Woodlore is not responsible if your shipment is lost or stolen.
Please enclose the original packing slip that came with your order or indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to:
