Shipping from Woodlore was fast, packing great. Product looks really nice, but. . . the horizontal cedar bar (the pants-hanger) on one of the two hangers I ordered was missing when the shipping box was opened-- not as if it had broken during shipping, but simply nowhere to be found in the box. (The four pair of shoe trees I ordered seem to be fine.) It does make me wonder about quality control. Anyhow, will have to return to Woodlore for replacement or refund.
