    quality workmanship

    the quality of product is as I were hoping it to be. i questioned how the fit would be for lucchese brand boots, but it is exactly as it needs to be. the bad review received about the quality of the spring is mere whimpering. oh, the smell of your cedar is phenomenal!

    Inconsistent spring action!

    I would like to say that my right tree fits fine and the action of inserting and removing the shoe tree is fine. However, the left tree's spring is very stiff!!!! It is a headache to insert and remove and I feel as if I am damaging my leather boots when I try to insert the tree since I end up fumbling around due to the poor spring. Paying $25 for this product and receiving this poor quality product is VERY disappointing. I will ask for a refund or exchange.
