    shoe trees

    Should have bought these years ago. Much better than cheap shoe trees. If the cedar were sanded to be smoother, they'd be perfect.

    Agreed with others - smaller than recommended

    I wear a size 11D in American-market sized shoes from Crockett & Jones - across the board regardless of last. Size "Large" for an 11D falls squarely within the recommendation by the manufacturer's size chart. But upon insertion, there is no detectable tension on the springs from vamp to heel. Not falling out, either, but concerningly "easy" to take back out. Overall, the manufacturer here is supremely confident in its product claims, but does not quite inspire confidence: if I size up, I will be worried the XL is stretching the leather, but keeping a size L makes me concerned the tree is not doing its job to decrease wrinkle and toe curl. 2 Stars also based on (a) no one picked the phone up at 4:15pm CST on a regular business Tuesday (despite their business hours being until 5pm CST) and (b) the entire delivery parcel was clearly damaged by water (the FedEx exterior package sticker was a 're-label', it was re-packed in a new FedEx box, and the interior boxes and packing slip were damp) and no one from the merchant either (i) knew about it or (ii) reached out to follow-up on a botched delivery.

    Smaller than Expected

    I recently bought a pair of Solovair Gibsons and started looking for a good pair of shoe trees to keep them in tip top shape. I bought these because they closely resemble a pair of Costco shoe trees I own that are perfect in build and function. I wear a 8.5M size shoe, so I went with Mediums (8.5-9.5). These Woodlore shoe trees smell great out of the box, but the Mediums fit as if a 8.5 shoe is the max size. The toe end isn't as tall as expected either, leaving a slight sag in the vamp of the shoe while they're in. These Woodlore shoe trees are built well, but I believe I'll be using my previous shoe trees for my new Solovairs.

    Not accurate size

    Nicely built. Not true to size. Have size 8 shoe so ordered small supose to fit 8 1/2 shoe. Doesn't come close to the heel. Seems like it's made for a 7-7 1/2 at most.

    Shoe trees

    The construction is top notch. I wear a EEE shoe and I was hoping these would expand wide enough to fill the shoe. Sadly they do not. I am still hunting for an extra wide shoe tree hint hint.

    Great but pricy

    I wear size 9 dress shoes and the medium fit great. I really like these and want more but they are pricy.
